BOND STRUCTURE
A Corporate Bond is debt instrument that is investment grade, in which an investor loans money to a corporation that borrows the funds for a defined period of time at a fixed interest rate. Our Corporate Bonds are used by companies to finance a variety of projects and companies.

The indebted entity (issuer) issues the corporate bond with an interest rate (coupon) that will be paid and when the loaned funds (bond principal) are to be returned (maturity date). Interest on bonds is usually paid every six months (semi-annually). The structure of this type of bond (corporate bond), is as a collateralized, convertible bond.
